Leeding Factory Racing

A Pacific Northwest–based racing collective focused on performance, community, and long-term continuity in the track racing world.

What is Leeding Factory Racing?

Leeding Factory Racing is a group of primarily track-focused racers, mostly based in the Seattle area. We race, train, and volunteer in our community to ensure that the track is welcoming, inclusive, and accessible.

Our athletes compete at the highest levels of the sport — including National Championships — and we are actively working toward winning a World Championship.

Why “Leeding Factory Racing”?

The name “Leeding” comes from the fictional Star Trek company that builds warp engines — intentionally untrademarked and uncopyrighted.

We are not owned by sponsors. We are powered by them. This allows us to maintain continuity and long-term presence in the Pacific Northwest and national track communities, regardless of sponsor cycles.

The Brass Tax

Sponsorship funding goes directly toward athlete development, racing access, and operational sustainability.

Kit & Race Support

We support young riders chasing the Olympic pathway and aim to recruit more developing athletes. A full team fund allows us to send riders to talent ID camps and elite racing opportunities.

National Champion Kits

If a rider wins a National Championship in our uniform, we ensure they have the opportunity to race in national champion colors.

Administrative Costs

Licensing, registrations, and required organizational costs (including USAC licenses and governing body fees).

Logo Placement

Logo cost and placement are entirely negotiable. Jersey layout is flexible and built collaboratively with sponsors.

Current Sponsors

  • Yukon Gear & Axle — Automotive drivetrain solutions trusted at the highest levels.
  • Haldy’s Handbuilt Wheels — Local wheel building and bike equipment supplier.
